Google Chrome issue.

Recently I started having weird lag issues in Chrome. Randomly, when i stop pressing arrow player ball continues to move and then stops or vice versa, when i press it doesn't respond only few ms later.
Also, sometime it doesn't register when i press x. I tried to reinstall keyboard software, cleared pc, cleared cache, used ccleaner, updated recent drivers nothing has worked so far. Internet connection is not an issue as i rarely have lag.
I've tried different browsers, but none come close to how responsive Chrome is when it doesn't lag.
I'm playing on a laptop Lenovo y540 i5 9300h, 1660ti, 16gb ram, 512ssd. I play on 120 extrapolation and use --disable-frame-rate-limit --disable-gpu-vsync. Game has become almost unplayable for me. Has anyone encountered the same issue? I'm open to any advice.
