Unless you want to spend a bit more and buy a mechanical keyboard, a £10 Microsoft keyboard will do the same job as anything else under 40 euros (but maybe not look as cool)

Source: played Haxball with a £40+ non-mechanical wireless keyboard with lots of cool shit, then a £10 non-mechanical wired keyboard, then a £90 mechanical wired keyboard.

The £10 keyboard was better than the £40 just because it wasn't wireless, but really if you're not buying a mechanical then this keyboard is as good as anything else in your budget (unless you want it to look cool or have other stuff like multimedia buttons)

This is my keyboard, when I bought it it was one of the cheapest keyboards with Cherry MX Red keys, just a bit annoying to get used to the arrow keys on the numpad but now I actually prefer the small size of it because there's not much space on my desk

For Haxball I recommend looking for a keyboard with Cherry MX Red keys because they are very sensitive and have no feedback, but Brown and Black are also very good, Blue are fine if you want the key to 'bump' up when you press it which i guess can be good for spamming X. Brown does this too but not as much

If you don't need a number pad then this seems pretty cheap, and it has Red keys
