I wish to cut Pogge from Starlights to the free agency.

Ever since I traded Rachel, he has been un-cooperative, accusing the league of being a "do whatever you want league" and wishes to leave Starlights due to it. I've tried to get him to listen, but he is having none of it. If he REALLY wants to be cut, so be it.
