I want to be a captain because I've got a drive to succeed, I wanna work with my team to be the best, theres no such thing as playing for a draw... Every game is a must win... In reality I am actually a qualified coach for basketball teams up to senior level, so I would be bringing some coaching techniques across, coming up with some tactics and hopefully moulding a team of champions that will be able to be anyone on their day and hopefully by the end of the season... Be at the top where I belong!

I'd like to be a captain because I'd like to prove myself to be more than just a decent option on the bench. It'd also add another aspect to the game to have to come up with tactics for a team.

That's not how it works. You choose your players in the draft.
