House rules is as fair a way as i've found to avoid the same ppl always getting stuck eg. with playing in goal when they'd rather not - but of course it's not to everyone's taste. It's also a pretty decent way to develop a better appreciation for the 4v4 roles - so whilst still poor in all of them & disastrous in some, i do at least have an idea now of what's required :)
