I only see that u reject every time the opponents offer and u offer times that u cant play if both of the teams agree.

Yeah, first match at 21:30 and second match at 22:00, what is the problem? If they can't make it that time, we will find another. We can also make it tomorrow before official and even after official, but without waiting (~21:20 CET)
