Prediction - Mid-season Announcement

I wanna improve the system so there will be 2 changes:
• Predictions can only be set with numbers up to 99 (symbols and 3-digit-numbers will be counted as "not predicted")
• The Ranking system was used to be like this: if 2 players got the same points, it depended on the 1st letter of their name who is on which rank - now i'll take a look at the ammount of gold, silver and bronze award for each day
