First of all, shoutout to all the P4ER fans out there, may his YT legacy become yours.

About the video itself, it's more useful to use this technique with a bit of distance to the corner instead, since the opponent might fake shot and you just double X to an oblivious/strange/disadvantageous space where you aren't prepared to fight for the ball. This bit of distance has to be enough to do normal/narrow double-shot + X combo for the lower side of the pitch or normal/narrow double-shot + delayed double-shot to prepare yourself to attack the upper side of the pitch (or afterwards even fake upper side and go downwards again, since u can just use post skill to reset again, the whole point is to maintain all the possibilities open so your opponent in order to cover all spaces needs to give you space, and with space you can do whatever you want with the ball, making your opponent reactive, and that's the best play they can do, if they press, it's a 50/50 where there is a goal chance or reset, so it's a win-win nonetheless). Top corner players already do this in 4x4 in order for "Corner Kingdom", since it allows them to win space for themselves and be able to get rid of corner stage to pass to the dm quickly or to go from the outside (width of the pitch) if their direct defender on corner cares too much about the possibility of a pass to the DM.

And that's that, best wishes for continuous self-learning, ciao ciao ;)
