Transfer Market

Hello guys.
I'd like if someone could possibly justify (or explain) why this league has the transfer market open 24/7?
I'm pretty sure you don't need me to highlight all the devils of this system (in a league of 10, we face more than 10 different teams
)
This is, put simply, league adulteration that could be stopped.
If a team finds itself deep down the table few days into the season it's lack of proper team planning, chemistry and organization. It's the captains fault and he should get to feel the consequences, as opposed to getting a free out of jail card allowing him to sign every foreign star or people from other teams (because we've already seen what that can lead to).
Examples happen all the time. Casper and his original team could have beaten or draw hoBa (it's inside the realm of possibility) and disbanded the day after, but it all happened a bit too early
. Surely Casper had no agenda and it just turned out to be that way. But had he had an agenda, the system makes it all easy for league adulteration, and I'd love to hear what you guys think about it.
if someone can enlighten me
