Personally I think now it's too late to replay a match, if things were done bad (I don't have an opinion) it's too late to try to fix it. For me NL is the winner, a title won't taste good for Arriba or TIS now I think.
Anyway, and avoiding polemics, I would suggest to Admin to create a post before each game forcing all the players to confirm just before the game, like in other leagues. With this you shouldn't be worried about impersonating and those things, and I don't see TS as a solution to avoid impersonations, only a flag identifies you there.

TS is the most effective way of confirming ID because TS is relative to your PC. We can check identity there much easier.

I've played matches at a friend's home :S
Most effective way is the forum. Forum ID can also be checked and is relative to your PC...

Yeah, I've done that before. Posts on the forum work well in the spanish league.

You can actually bypass the TeamSpeak flag through a VPN setup. New IP, new flag. It's not that I'm giving out suggestions since anyone can Google this but the idea is that it would make this sort of confirmation not 100% trustworthy. OP came up with the best suggestion, players available for a certain match just post on the forum.
