Packet loss out problem-need help

I have problem in my net/pc.

As u can see I have out 5% and in 0.50% and idk what to do if someone of you can help me I’ll appreciate this.

In case you aren't running any background programs which might affect your internet performance, you better call your ISP and let them know about this issue.
