Feed Me Haxball

Ok, so my home at Essex, I have the same router that I use at my home in London. The difference is Essex allows me to connect and the London one doesn't :S

Is there any changes to my PC i can make to help me connect. I keep getting the check FAQ message which doesnt help. uses impossible language
