Sosa is coming with an Idea

Knowing that luck's (anddy) server is the server with the most fm (big in general) players, he's thinking that we could implement the ELO bot (from bff/rs if you know it, otherwise i'll quickly explain) into luck's (Anddy) server


What's ELO bot
It's a bot allowing to play games in a ranked way, every player has an ELO and he can play games to increase it

How to play games/how are games played ?

In a channel, you need to type =j, meaning that you join the queue
When the queue is full, meaning 8 players registered into it, the bot picks randomly 2 captains and the picks are like that
Cap 1 picks 1 player
Cap 2 picks 2 players
Cap 1 picks 2 players
Cap2 picks the last one

Every player join a room we give them, they play, and at the end, trusted players report who won (team 1 or team 2)
After the report, the bot automatically set the new points and what so ever

There are some stats related to this (elo, most win in a row, most lose in a row and so on)

I haven't done anything special, i didn't code it, it's a discord bot made for pubg/csgo, and sosa came to present it to me, the only thing i've done is inviting the bot !

I like it, Could we possibly use this as a platform for testing different changes to the original big map? like maybe making the ball size slightly smaller in order to shift the emphasis away from who can play with the highest extrapolation and spam the hardest. Honestly think the playing experience of an elo system would be far greater if we could look to make the map more about passing, control and shooting.

i have to say this is a super great thing! it reminds me of other top esport games, where pros play in mix teams together.

the only worrying thing i have is that it can get out of use (fastly), like public FM host or something, also because we have not the biggest community.

anyways, i hope that it will stay for a long time, with maybe possible improvements to make it even faster to pick or like receiving an automatic link after all players where picked or something. possibly with having that matches could get updated by its own as well, idk but good job!!!

In under 2 days, 156 players played more than one game, with 196 registrations, more than 300 games were played, which is 2100 mins (without counting the frequents overtime), around 35h
So apparently it works better than expected :p

I coded my own bot, so I'm free from the heavy dependence I had and I can now implement my own features easily

Basically, the most important thing is that there is no registration limit anymore, and new game modes!
So let's go

nice system with shitty managers, people always insult each other and admins protect their friend even if they are toxic racist and troll. if u dont have admin friend you cant play there in peace. and when you notice some problems about rules and justice admins might kick you from server lol. if u want to be cancer i totally recommend to playing there

i wasnt about those stuff about this night i even didnt play at those games just i wrote my opinion on report players channel but i got banned from server idk why lol. u cant stand any criticizing?
