extrapolation problem

Hi everyone. I have a problem with game physics. I've been playing on 200 extrapolation for a year. Now my feeling for the ball it's too slow for me. I mean... I don't feel like I'm using extrapolation at all. Game physics is breaking down, ball is not sticky. Do u know any way to fix a problem with a game that doesn't work smoothly? Summarizing - my reaction is very slow and my control is heavy.

Thanks for all the advice if they show up!

Just take 300, no problem. It doesn't kill game.

I'd say 450 and should make a difference

Playing without a 350 + makes no sense, I see too much.
