[HEADLESS HOST] HELP !rand FUNCTION

Hi, I am trying to have the fuction "!rand" on my headless host room, but I just cant create it. I've tried a couple of things but get stuck here and there. Can anyone pls send a complete "!rand" function, in which as soon as a player who is cap IN A TEAM THATS ABOUT TO PICK in a room types "!rand", he gets random guys from the spec list (same number of ppl so that in both red and blue there are same number of players).
