Goodbye and best of luck guys!
Posted: May 14th, 2014, 12:43 amI was going to do this sooner but i couldn't be arsed to log in..... After a while I have been thinking about quitting this community, and I know a lot of you are going to say it's because of how badly Seeds have done this season when it isn't. I was planning on quitting Hax at the end of Season 9 before the season had started, i was discussing it with Navas and agu in the Seeds Channel as they were also considering quitting Hax for good when the season is over.
The fact that Seeds had a terrible season was what made me consider staying for a couple more seasons as I wanted to end on a high note. The main reason why I am quitting is that I'm starting uni after the summer holidays so I won't have as much time and I don't have the same motivation anymore to lead a team in a 2d flash game, it just seems silly and a waste of time now. Furthermore another reason why it is best I finally retire now is that I am as inactive as I was in the last preseason, which why we had a terrible season (maybe even more inactive than I was in the preseason) therefore it would be a repeat of last season as I am so inactive.
What got me thinking why I'm still involved with this silly 2d flash game is when ren asked me "why do you spend so much of your time in this game" which I couldn't answer and I started to ask myself.
Finally I want to mention that when I first got involved in Hax in mid 2012 I just got out of a difficult relationship which caused me to have anxiety problems, my self confidence went out of the window and I shut myself away and avoided socializing. Believe it or not being apart of this wonderful community has really helped me, I am now back to my old back to my happy and outgoing old self (Although I'm a lot more mature than I was when I was 17, and I'm no longer as arrogant as I use to be like "I'm so clever and pretty" although it was a jokey way but still...). Which some of you may I have notice as when I first joined the community I was a lot more reserved about myself (despite the trolling), those that talk to me on ts on a regular basis would know that I act more like myself than I did.
Anyway good bye, I will still be on ts now and then, and without further ado here are the shout outs (sorry if I miss anyone out):
