Standalone App HaxBall

Since basro its back and jasko create this petition 2 years ago we all hope to see basro creating the app we are all hoping for.
That means probably no more extrapolation, registration system, leaderboards, events etc.
This is the first time basro responded on github since HTML era so I think this is last dance for haxball.
