I agree, but you can also see it in a different way. Football players play for like 15years of constant playing before they can proove themself on the big stage, where it matters the most. How to define the time where he has potential?
It also comes up on the time where you get to know other people. Some you never heard of and ulitmately it can happen that they are already better than yourself.
