Looks like something is blocking scripts from google.com (which is good, but you should temporarily disable it when opening rooms so you can do the captcha). Usually this is from extensions like NoScript, but if it's in all browsers then it must be something else.

i think its good to mention that google.com doesnt work either ahahah

Ah yeah, that explains it then. It may be a DNS issue (IP of google.com can't be resolved, try ping google.com in cmd), but it should resolve itself eventually.

i had the same problem and sometime the captcha box thingy where u are supposed to click is just missing

Try with this guide, if it's not all set to "off" then a proxy is configured. (Or try clicking the "Proxyadresse prüfen" link in the screenshot)

You shouldn't open rooms nowadays that are not hosted on vps, the Allen generation discovered the DDOS tools..
